At Pharox3D, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it.
- Be unused and undamaged.
- Include all original parts and accessories.
- Be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
- Include proof of purchase or your order details.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.
Items returned without contacting us and receiving return approval first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pharox3d.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the item and the problem.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
3D Printed Product Notice
Because our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, minor variations may naturally occur between products.
Small layer lines, slight surface texture, minor color variations, or subtle differences between prints are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
However, significant printing failures, broken parts, major deformation, or products that do not function as described may be eligible for replacement or refund after review.
Personalized & Custom Products
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized names or text.
- Custom colors requested by the customer.
- Custom sizes or dimensions.
- Customer-provided designs.
- Special modifications.
- Products manufactured specifically for an individual order.
If a personalized or custom product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved order details, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products, except in cases of damage, defects, or order errors.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery.
- Items that have been modified, painted, repaired, or altered after delivery.
- Items returned without prior return approval.
- Gift cards, where applicable.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, color, or variation, please contact us.
For eligible non-custom products, the fastest way to receive a different item is usually to complete the approved return process and place a new order.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot normally be exchanged unless there is a defect or an error with the order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and costs will depend on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by Pharox3D, we will provide appropriate return instructions.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method or another appropriate refund method based on the payment method used for the order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. Additional processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because many Pharox3D products are manufactured on demand, an order may not be eligible for cancellation once production or customization has started.
We recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you need to request a change or cancellation.
