4. Personalized and Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, text, colors, dimensions, and customization details before submitting an order.

Once production of a personalized or custom product has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pharox3D is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or customization errors submitted by the customer.

If Pharox3D produces an item incorrectly compared with the confirmed order details, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.
