Order Processing & Production Time
Many Pharox3D products are manufactured using 3D printing technology and may be produced specifically for your order.
Orders typically require 1–5 business days for processing and production before shipment.
Production times may vary depending on:

3D printing and quality inspection time.
Large, custom, or bulk orders may require additional production time.
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an order or shipping update where available.
Shipping Within Egypt
Pharox3D currently ships to locations across Egypt.
Estimated delivery times are typically 1–5 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times may vary between Cairo, Alexandria, and other governorates or remote areas.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
For example, an order may require production and processing before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout, where applicable.

Delivery Information

Pharox3D is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Attempts & Unreceived Orders
The shipping carrier may contact you by phone to arrange or confirm delivery.
Customers are responsible for being available and responding to delivery communications.
If an order cannot be delivered due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, an unreachable phone number, refusal to receive the package, or incorrect delivery information, the package may be returned to Pharox3D.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
For personalized, customized, or made-to-order products, refusing delivery does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
Delayed Shipments
While we work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our direct control.

Damaged Packages

Lost Shipments
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us at hello@pharox3d.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment information and, where necessary, contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Lost shipment cases will be handled based on the results of the shipping investigation.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information carefully before completing an order.
Once production has started, changes to custom orders may not be possible.
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify personalized or custom-made products for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
International Shipping
Pharox3D currently primarily serves customers within Egypt.
International shipping availability may be limited or unavailable depending on the destination.

Additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply to international orders and may be the responsibility of the customer.
